• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Attend to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services and hours
• Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements and other reasonable requests
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the guest's stay
• Handle guest feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Front Office Executive
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately
• Verify guest identification, reservation details and required registration information
• Issue room keys/cards and provide relevant information regarding the hotel and room facilities
• Ensure all guest charges and payments are properly recorded and settled
