Advanced Prestige Sdn Bhd (Sutera Harbour Resort) is seeking friendly Front Office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out at a five-star resort in Sabah. You will engage with guests, handle inquiries, and be part of a dynamic team.

Fluent English is required, Mandarin is an added advantage; willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays is expected. Join us to create memorable stays for guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Reception or Customer Service roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, professional and positive attitude.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, including handling inquiries at the front desk.
