Job summary

Limau & Linen in Kota Kinabalu is seeking friendly, guest-focused individuals to join our Western all-day dining team. You will provide attentive service, engage with guests, and help create a memorable dining experience. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

This full-time position requires weekend and public holiday availability. Salary ranges RM2,100–RM2,300 per month, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, staff meals, free parking, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B or customer-facing roles.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to notice what others miss.
• Friendly, well-spoken with English proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests.

Responsibilities

• Take care of guests throughout their dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Deliver attentive, thoughtful service beyond order-taking.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and naturally.
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment at all times.
