Job summary

Limau & Linen in Kota Kinabalu is seeking friendly, passionate baristas for our non-halal Western all-day dining team. If you know your way around an espresso machine, value consistency, and take pride in every cup, we want you.

Requirements include at least 1 year as a barista, ability to work weekends, and the skill to handle peak orders while maintaining quality. RM2,100 – RM2,300/month, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, staff meals, parking, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a barista.
• Comfortable operating an espresso machine in a fast-paced environment.
• Latte art is a plus, but consistency matters more.
• Strong sense of urgency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Running the coffee bar with confidence during service.
• Dialing in shots, maintaining consistency, and ensuring quality in every cup.
• Delivering warm, attentive service — not just behind the bar, but with guests.
• Supporting the team on the floor when needed (we work as one team).
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and smooth workflow at all times.
