Job summary

Shopee is seeking a fresh graduate at entry level in Kuala Lumpur to contribute to the growth of Instant Mart, shaping the long-term plan and driving cross-functional initiatives. You will own growth OKRs, analyze data to identify opportunities, and work with Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; dashboarding experience a plus.
Curious about AI tools and eager to automate processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own growth OKRs end to end for Instant Mart, driving initiatives from scoping to post-launch review.
Plan and manage initiative budgets (vouchers, incentives, marketing) with ROI focus.
Shape the long-term growth plan for Instant Mart across categories, cities, and merchants.
Identify growth bottlenecks by deep-diving into funnel, buyer and merchant data.
Improve buyer experience by identifying gaps in journey and UI/UX; define product requirements.
Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Finance; manage timelines and resources.
Track and report performance dashboards; flag issues and drive resolution.
Automate manual processes using AI to free time for high-impact work.
Influence senior leadership with data-backed recommendations and align on key decisions.
