Job summary

GrabMart Strategy & Operations team generates business insights, propose data-driven strategic programs and lead large projects to grow the business across GrabMart and Supermarkets (Jaya Grocer & Everrise). This team works with partners across all departments (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Product) in Grab.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in strategy planning/Business Intelligence roles especially within eCommerce.
• Ability to define clear goals, create hypotheses, and leverage all available resources to design and implement creative solutions.
• Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate partners throughout the company and levels of seniority.
• You will need to be comfortable with drawing insights from complex datasets including the ability to present insights.
• Ability to articulate line of thinking; especially to Senior Leaders. You may need to hold respectful debates with Senior Leaders when resolving complex problem statements as a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce data-driven insights to identify opportunities for business growth, product development and operational excellence
• Guide multiple projects end-to-end. This includes collaborating with multiple teams and senior leaders to move projects forward
• Monitor important growth metrics and identify ways to grow either by ideating new business models or optimizing existing programs/levers.
• Leverage on analytics (e.g. SQL, modeling tools, AI tools) to uncover insights and make informed decisions within your dedicated space. You will need to build complex analyses.
• Design experiments (and own end-to-end experimentation process) to validate important hypotheses.
