Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Strategy & Growth Executive for the Instant Mart, Revenue and New Business teams. You will own growth OKRs end to end, manage budgets, and shape the 1–3 year plan while leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

You will dig into funnels, improve buyer experience, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting and analysis, ultimately driving adoption and profitability with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or another analytical field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in consulting, advisory, business planning or analytics is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ownership to manage projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with dashboarding experience a plus.
• Curious about AI tools and keen to use them to automate and simplify work.
• Strong stakeholder management, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Flexible, resourceful and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Own growth OKRs end to end for Instant Mart growth initiatives.
• Plan and manage initiative budgets (vouchers, incentives, marketing) with ROI focus.
• Shape long-term plan: categories, cities, merchants and scaling profitability.
• Identify growth bottlenecks by analyzing funnel, buyer and merchant data.
• Improve buyer experience by identifying gaps in journey, propose features.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Finance.
• Track dashboards and conduct regular business reviews.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, data pulls, monitoring and analysis.
• Present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
