Job summary

ShopeePay Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Associate to own campaigns from ideation to execution, driving measurable business results across product lines. You will develop a deep understanding of the products, customers, and market landscape, plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Business Development, Regional, and Creative teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Strong ownership and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to marketing or business.
• 2–4 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management.
• Strong ownership and accountability with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent English and Malay communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including paid media, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of business performance and marketing strategy for assigned ShopeePay products.
• Develop deep product understanding, customers, and market landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns delivering timely, measurable results.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Regional, Creative teams and external partners to design impactful initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and translate findings into improvements for future campaigns.
