Job summary

Cotecna is seeking a proactive sales professional in Malaysia to drive growth by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts in testing, inspection and certification services.

You will manage customer visits, presentations, quotations and negotiations, build lasting relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and prepare proposals. A degree in a related field and 1–2 years of B2B sales experience are required.

Excellent English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand existing customer accounts.
• Promote testing, inspection & certification services by identifying quality, regulatory, and compliance needs.
• Manage customer visits, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Build lasting customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and tender submissions.
• Track market trends and develop action plans to address market needs.
• Uphold the Company’s positive image at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
