Job summary

CTOS Digital in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive adoption of our risk management solutions among business users, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue generation and pipeline growth.

You will prospect, present solutions, negotiate contracts, close deals and travel for outdoor sales, while maintaining client relationships and reporting progress. Fresh graduates with diplomas or degrees are encouraged to apply; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience preferred; SME sales experience advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with diploma or degree are encouraged to apply.
• Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for outdoor sales and to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote products or services and negotiates contracts to maximize revenue.
• Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with prospects.
• Sell products by presenting solutions in a structured professional way.
• Negotiate and close deals, handle objections or complaints.
• Maintain client relationships and provide post-sale support.
• Build networks to grow prospects and maintain reports per standards.
• Travel for outdoor sales and contribute to team targets.
