You will drive revenue growth for ENE and IEP lines, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team across ASEAN regions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B engineering solutions sales, strong account management skills, and a robust understanding of electrical/electronic products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronic engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading B2B engineering solution sales in electrical/electronics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive ENE and IEP sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities and strategic partnerships for testing and certification services.
• Develop go-to-market plans and pricing strategies to grow profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and drive after-sales delight.
• Lead and coach sales teams to expand in ASEAN region.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify new service capabilities.
