Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a high-energy Business Development Associate in Malaysia to onboard local business users and expand our intra-city delivery network. You will source leads, drive negotiations, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong partner relationships.

You should have 1–2 years in sales or business development, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Malay and English a plus.
