Mysense Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive (Performance & Growth Marketing) to maximise lead quality and conversion. You will bridge Marketing and Sales, ensuring leads are tracked, scored, followed up, and converted.

The role focuses on monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing inbound leads, and driving CRM adoption with SenseBeat. A supportive team and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience handling, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
• Ability to read campaign metrics and identify performance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Basic research skills for competitor analysis and market monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads performance and optimize campaigns.
• Handle and qualify inbound leads from SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and website channels.
• Manage retargeting and lead nurturing activities.
• Drive CRM adoption and maintain data accuracy across teams.
• Monitor tender, RFQ, and partnership opportunities.
• Review company website and landing pages for conversion improvements.
• Track KPIs including lead quality, CPL, contact rate, and conversions.
