Job summary

MYSense Sdn Bhd is seeking a CRM automation specialist to develop and optimize CRM workflows, funnels, pipelines, and automations, including lead nurturing, appointment booking, follow-ups, WhatsApp, and retargeting.

You will integrate CRM with Facebook/Google Lead Forms, WhatsApp, calendars, and other tools, monitor performance, and maintain accurate CRM data while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel / CRM automation.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead funnels, and integrations.
• Logical, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable testing and troubleshooting systems.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese clients.
• Able to work with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.
