The role focuses on monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing inbound leads, and driving CRM adoption with SenseBeat. A supportive team and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience handling, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
• Ability to read campaign metrics and identify performance issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Basic research skills for competitor analysis and market monitoring.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This role focuses on maximising the quality and conversion of marketing-generated leads — you'll be the bridge between our Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring every lead is tracked, scored, followed up, and converted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads performance — review lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion rates; flag issues and work with the Marketing team to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
• Handle and qualify inbound leads from SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and website channels — ensure timely first contact, proper follow-up, and accurate CRM updates
• Manage retargeting and lead nurturing activities to re-engage potential customers who haven't converted
• Drive adoption and proper usage of our CRM system (SenseBeat) — ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and process compliance across Sales and Marketing teams
• Monitor tender, RFQ, and partnership opportunities from relevant platforms; screen and highlight relevant ones to the team
• Conduct regular reviews of company website and landing pages to identify improvement opportunities for conversion and user experience
• Track and report on KPIs including lead quality, cost per lead, contact rate, conversion rate, CRM adoption, and retargeting performance

What We're Seeking:

• Min 2 years of relevant experience preferred, basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience handling, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data
• Able to read campaign metrics and identify performance issues
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills — able to work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Basic research skills — competitor analysis, tender monitoring, website review
