Job summary

Ant International seeks a Growth Lead to drive SEA insurance growth, owning end-to-end growth from design to traffic acquisition and conversion. You will align HQ with local markets, ensuring compliant, scalable growth for Buyer and Seller insurance products.

Strong data modeling, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration are required. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in internet user growth, e-commerce insurance, or fintech, with SEA project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Business, Data Analysis, or Finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in Internet User Growth, E-commerce Insurance, or Fintech.
• Priority given to candidates with Southeast Asia project experience in Marketplace Insurance or Return Shipping Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth lifecycle from design to traffic acquisition and conversion.
• Analyze buyer, seller, and platform journeys to design insurance scenario solutions.
• Lead product selection, localization, and regulatory-compliant growth strategies.
• Manage core metrics: GWP, marketing budget efficiency, and P&L for portfolio modules.
• Negotiate with e-commerce platform teams to secure premium traffic exposure slots.
• Drive conversion optimization and edge traffic funnel improvements.
