Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Regional E-commerce Manager to drive social commerce and brand initiatives across Southeast Asia, strengthening online presence and data-driven marketing strategies.

The role partners with agencies, markets, and sales teams to optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, delivering measurable growth in GMV and ROAS while enhancing brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of e-commerce marketing experience in FMCG or digital agencies.
• Experience leading regional e-commerce marketing initiatives across Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong understanding of GMV, ROAS, conversion rate and traffic drivers.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance dashboards and translate insights into actions.
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage external digital marketing agencies to execute online advertising campaigns and monitor KPI performance.
• Develop and implement e-commerce brand strategies across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Create and oversee digital content reflecting the brand across social media, e-commerce, and video.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and customer marketing teams to boost social media engagement and loyalty.
• Lead FOCO campaigns and e-commerce shopping festival activations for visibility and engagement.
• Build partnerships with KOLs, KOS, and KOCs to expand reach and credibility.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
