Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia is seeking experienced professionals to join our SEA Insurance Practice at the project leader, principal and partner levels. As a core member affiliated to the Insurance Practice, you will work with leading insurers to drive growth, strategic transformations and value creation.

You will address strategic challenges across the insurance value chain, including strategy development, risk management, digital transformation, and client relationship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a leading strategy consulting firm with insurance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Strong track record building client relationships with large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Help insurers address difficult challenges to maximize growth and competitive advantage.
• Work on projects across the insurance value-chain including strategy, forecasting, and digital transformation.
• Create value through forward-thinking solutions addressing operational and financial implications.
