Job summary

Sunrise Sports Group seeks an E-commerce Growth Lead to drive multi-market expansion across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. You will optimise the entire sales funnel from awareness to repeat purchases, and manage ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and marketplaces.

You will leverage Shopify, GA4 and data-driven testing to improve conversion, profitability and customer lifetime value while coordinating with marketing and operations for regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or e-commerce growth.
• 3+ years managing paid campaigns and acquiring customers profitably.
• Strong hands-on Shopify, GA4 and paid advertising skills.
• Data-driven and experimental mindset with ability to prioritise opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel conversion, identify drop-offs, and test improvements.
• Run and optimise Meta, Google, TikTok ads and marketplace ads.
• Grow Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop with listings, ads, and promotions.
• Track funnel performance by market, channel, device, and customer segment.
