Job summary

Decathlon Malaysia & Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Specialist (MYSG) to grow our online category across Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on our websites and mobile apps, and to optimize the end-to-end customer journey for maximum visibility and sales growth.

You will own the digital sales strategy, work with design and UX teams to improve layout and navigation, and use data-driven insights to boost engagement and performance across both markets.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end online performance for Malaysia & Singapore sites/apps.
Implement digital commercial strategies to hit sales and margin targets.
Analyze regional trends and customer behavior to inform strategy.
Collaborate with design/UX to optimize layouts and navigation.
Monitor and improve conversion rates and online journey.
Manage product segmentation and tagging for campaigns.
