Job summary

Vita Green is seeking a Growth Manager, SEA to accelerate its digital growth across Southeast Asia, focusing on marketplaces, paid media, D2C, CRM, social commerce, and influencer channels. You will own revenue growth through customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability.

You will lead growth initiatives across SEA markets, with a strong emphasis on measurable results, data-driven decisions, and rapid experimentation to drive sustained business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
• 4–7+ years hands-on experience in digital growth, performance marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience driving measurable growth across SEA markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, or broader ASEAN.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, GMV, and profitability.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Comfortable working independently, testing ideas quickly, and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, CRM, and social commerce is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive SEA growth and commercial performance to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Grow marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop through merchandising, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels.
• Develop D2C/Shopify growth and optimize conversion across the funnel from landing pages to checkout.
• Boost retention and lifecycle growth via CRM channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Scale influencer, affiliate, and social commerce programs with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with KAMs and partners to unlock traffic, co-investment, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop localized growth strategies per SEA market and support regional expansion.
