Unibexs Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Partner Success & Operations Executive to join our team in Malaysia. You will onboard education agents, guide their use of the platform, and support student applications while coordinating with universities and internal teams.

You will ensure records are accurate and help move delayed applications forward. The role emphasizes creating SOPs, improving workflows, and reporting updates in weekly leadership meetings.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of relevant experience or a recent graduate with leadership roles.
• Strong operational and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Professional communication across WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and follow-up skills.
• Confident interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard newly joined education agents after they join Unibexs.
• Guide agents on how to use the platform and submit student applications.
• Support agents with application processes, requirements, documentation, and updates.
• Follow up with inactive agents and encourage student submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, universities, and education agents when required.
• Keep application records accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Identify delayed applications and help move them forward.
• Proactively communicate application updates to education agents.
• Assist in creating SOPs, checklists, and workflows for partner support and application follow-up.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support initiatives that enhance the overall partner experience.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and provide updates, highlight challenges, and share improvement ideas.
• Support the maintenance of university information, including tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, entry requirements, and program details.
