Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in education.
• Strong English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin helpful.
• Excellent sales and customer service with negotiation skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft, CRM or related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive enrolment and retention.
• Engage with prospective students and parents, detailing programs, scholarships and career paths.
• Support the admission process with timely responses and a seamless application experience.
• Monitor enrolment trends, inquiries and conversion rates.
• Oversee daily front-office and reception activities for a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate between sales, reception, and academic teams for a positive student experience.
• Assist in organizing campus events, open days and student engagement initiatives.
• Support the Campus Manager in leading and mentoring the sales and reception teams.
• Help monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and Malaysian Higher Education regulations.
• Maintain records of student applications, inquiries and operational data.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, admissions progress and event outcomes.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
• Represent the institution at education fairs and recruitment events.
