Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Head of F&B Operations to oversee performance, operations and growth of the company business. The role combines operations, finance, business development, people management and long-term strategy.

You will drive growth, control costs, improve productivity, and lead P&L across departments while identifying opportunities and expanding brand visibility in the market. Work with marketing and department heads to plan seasonal campaigns, mentor teams, and develop long-term

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail business.
Strong business acumen with business development capabilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
Ability to lead a team and work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive the growth of the company business and expand the business beyond the primary services.
Control the operating costs of each department to meet the monthly budget.
Improve productivity and drive efficiency in the processes.
Manage profit & loss (P&L) in each of the department under this business.
Identify new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Identify opportunities for expansions (new outlets, new product lines & etc.).
Monitor food services and food retail market trends.
Introduce new products and improve existing offerings based on market demand.
Work with marketing and department heads to plan seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Develop long term strategy.
