You will oversee restaurant operations and support departments, combining commercial strategy with hands-on leadership across key functions, driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Translate CEO priorities into actionable departmental plans with budgets, milestones and accountability.
• Drive operational reviews to track decisions, actions and risks for the CEO.
• Partner with Finance to set operating budgets and manage P&L targets.
• Optimize productivity and cost discipline while upholding food quality, safety and guest experience.
• Direct and coach Area Retail Operations, Central Kitchen, HR, Finance and Marketing heads.
• Foster cross-outlet collaboration to resolve friction and hit shared goals.
• Oversee SOPs, training and audit programs to maintain quality.
• Coordinate launches, openings, and promotions with transparent risk reporting.

We are representing our client - a well-known F&B retail chain in Klang Valley, in searching for Head of Operations position based in Kuala Lumpur.

The Head of Operations leads execution across the group, translating the CEO's approved direction into operating plans and measurable results. The role oversees restaurant operations and support departments, combining commercial strategy with hands-on leadership across several key departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate CEO priorities into actionable departmental plans complete with clear budgets, milestones, deadlines, and assigned accountability.
• Drive regular operational reviews to track decisions, verify action completion, mitigate delivery risks, and elevate critical issues to the CEO.
• Partner with Finance to establish operating budgets and enforce corrective measures when restaurant P&Ls, margins, or cost targets miss expectations.
• Optimize operational productivity and cost discipline while safeguarding food quality, product availability, safety standards, and guest experience.
• Direct, coach, and evaluate key functional heads including the Area Retail Operations, Central Kitchen, HR, Finance & Marketing
• Foster collaboration across outlets, culinary teams, the central kitchen, and HQ to resolve operational friction and align on shared business goals.
• Oversee standard operating procedures, training routines, and audit programs, using feedback and direct observation to ensure sustained operational quality.
• Coordinate inter-departmental preparation for new launches, outlet openings, and promotions, while delivering transparent risk and performance reporting to the CEO.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Experienced candidate with Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Head of Department or General Manager role
