Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a well-known F&B retail chain in Klang Valley seeking a Head of Operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role leads execution across the group, translating CEO directions into operating plans and measurable results.

You will oversee restaurant operations and support departments, combining commercial strategy with hands-on leadership across key functions, driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Diploma qualifications are encouraged for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO priorities into actionable departmental plans with budgets, milestones and accountability.
• Drive operational reviews to track decisions, actions and risks for the CEO.
• Partner with Finance to set operating budgets and manage P&L targets.
• Optimize productivity and cost discipline while upholding food quality, safety and guest experience.
• Direct and coach Area Retail Operations, Central Kitchen, HR, Finance and Marketing heads.
• Foster cross-outlet collaboration to resolve friction and hit shared goals.
• Oversee SOPs, training and audit programs to maintain quality.
• Coordinate launches, openings, and promotions with transparent risk reporting.
