The role requires prospecting retailers, wholesalers and distributors, achieving monthly and annual targets, and frequent customer visits. Applicants with 2–3 years in sales or business development, a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, and the ability to travel up to 75% will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma is Required.
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail sales is an added advantage.
• Existing customer networks and market knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Approach retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other potential business partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to secure sales orders.
• Monitor product availability, stock movement and customer feedback.
• Handle sales administration, order processing and payment collections.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Support company sales campaigns, promotions and business development activities.
