Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a results-driven sales professional to plan and carry out sales and marketing activities for the assigned territory. Identify prospective customers, develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive growth.

Understand customer needs, present suitable products/services and follow up quotations, orders and opportunities. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales updates and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory; a valid driving licence and own transport are required where applicable.
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English; additional languages may be useful depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities for the assigned territory.
• Identify prospective customers, develop new business and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Understand customer needs, present suitable products/services and follow up quotations, orders and opportunities.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales updates and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support fulfilment, customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear records of customer activity, opportunities, results and market feedback.
