is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented professional to handle customer enquiries and drive sales growth in Malaysia. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, possess a Class D driving license and basic MS Office skills, with at least 1 year in sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• 1 year of working experience in sales or related field (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Valid Class D driving license and own transportation.
• Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and share feedback with internal team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering solutions.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Develop and expand the company’s business by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships.
