You will collaborate with the Brand Director and creative team to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns while analysing daily performance and refining spend strategy.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset working as an individual contributor who can think independently, take ownership, and drive results.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curiosity about consumer brands, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Own the full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimisation.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance daily. Generate regular reports with actionable insights for leadership to inform content and creative decisions.
• Budget Management: Manage ad spend across platforms. Ensure budgets are allocated effectively and ROI is maximised.
• Optimisation & Testing: Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements. Continuously improve campaign performance based on data.
• Creative Briefing: Translate performance data into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team. Ensure ad creatives are optimised for each platform.
• Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitor ad activity, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
