Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations and business activities of the company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor company performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and work towards company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare and review quotations, proposals and business presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and business terms with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Oversee advertising, branding, printing, signage, event and promotional projects.
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Review and approve artwork, production requirements.
• Resolve project issues and ensure smooth execution from quotation to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for major clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, profitability and overall company performance.
• Review and approve quotations, purchase orders, invoices and payment matters.
• Work closely with the accounts/admin team on budgeting, cash flow and financial matters.
• Ensure company expenses are properly controlled.
• Lead, manage and motivate employees across different departments.
• Set performance expectations and monitor staff performance.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Support recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain good working relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, suppliers, government agencies and business partners.
