Job summary

DCSS Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth through handling inbound inquiries, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will work alongside Account Managers to uncover opportunities within your assigned territory.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (B2B preferred).
Experience in IT products or technology services is an advantage.
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with phone-based sales and CRM systems.
Target-driven, proactive, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
Identify opportunities during tele-qualification and manage the full sales cycle.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, renewals, and contracts.
Achieve quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue.
Maintain consistent engagement with prospects via phone, email, and video calls.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct after-sales courtesy calls and service incident follow-ups.
Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.
Provide internal support and respond to customer inquiries.
