Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a motivated Business Development Support for our Ground & Rail team in Malaysia. You will manage customer quotations, coordinate RFQs, maintain relationships, and work with regional stakeholders to deliver excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in sales support or business development within logistics, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office. English fluency is required, and regional collaboration is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Sales Support or Business Development within logistics or supply chain.
Experience in preparing quotations and managing RFQs.
Experience in customer account management and sales administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Prepare and respond to customer quotations, pricing requests, and overseas network enquiries within the agreed service levels.
Coordinate RFQs and ensure timely, accurate submission to customers.
Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, and overseas offices to deliver seamless customer solutions.
Ensure successful handover of secured business opportunities to the Operations team for implementation.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Monitor sales activities and support business development reporting and pipeline management.
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
