CEVA Logistics is hiring a Contract Logistics Solution Design Professional in Malaysia. You will collaborate with Business Development to craft winning solutions for bids, analyze customer requirements, and coordinate resources across Procurement, IT, Real Estate, HRD, QHSE, QMS and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to determine the solutions to propose to the new project or bidding
• Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
• Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Information Technology, Real Estate & Facility, HRD, QHSE, QMS, Operations) to reconfirm the required resources to deploy
• Construct the resource planning, space utilization, and operational analysis based on the data provided in the bidding documents
• Generate the costing model, according to new project requirements, and propose the optimum pricing model and rate structure
• Assessing all the possible and practical innovations for the specific proposal. Ensure it is feasible technically and financially
• Preparing technical solutions for the specific project (i.e. engineering drawing, warehouse layout, process and material flow, etc)
• Present the technical solution during tender selection meeting
