Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad invites fresh graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ initiative. Over 8 months, the program combines training with hands-on project exposure to build a solid foundation for a progressive career.

As a Trainee, you will support project meetings, document preparation, and progress tracking while learning from the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Resident Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Administrative Science, Engineering)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience required
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn in a project environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing attendance lists, recording key decisions and preparing meeting minutes
• Support the preparation, compilation and distribution of project documents and reports to internal teams and relevant stakeholders
• Assist with document control and record management, ensuring project documents are properly organised and maintained
• Support the Project Team in monitoring project progress, tracking action items and highlighting potential issues or delays
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required
