UEM Edgenta Berhad invites applications for our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). The 9–12 month initiative blends career development with hands-on training, providing essential skills and real workplace exposure to launch a progressive career path.

Successful candidates will gain experience in project coordination, document control and quality monitoring while working closely with project managers and engineers in a structured training environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience is required.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a project environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling and preparing minutes.
• Support preparation, distribution of project documents and reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and record management for project documents.
• Support the Project Team in monitoring progress and highlighting issues.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities for deliverables.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer.
