Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad invites fresh graduates to join the Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) for an eight-month development track. You will gain hands-on experience, participate in career development training, and work closely with project teams to understand real-world project delivery.

The program provides exposure to project coordination, document control, and quality monitoring, with opportunities to grow into a structured career path within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience is required.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn and work in a project environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, attendance lists, recording key decisions and minutes.
• Support the preparation, compilation and distribution of project documents and reports to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with document control and record management, ensuring project documents are properly organised and maintained.
• Support the Project Team in monitoring project progress, tracking action items and highlighting potential issues or delays.
• Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required.
