Job summary

Total E&P Malaysia is seeking an HR Graduate to support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct, assist in recruitment, onboarding, data management and HR reporting, and provide first-level HR support.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role offers exposure to talent acquisition, compensation and payroll administration, and participation in digital HR transformation projects as Total expands its operations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding, employee data management, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and workforce data to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
• Provide first-level HR support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and assisting with employment documentation and administrative processes.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits and payroll.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and digital HR transformation activities.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analytics.
• Support ad hoc HR activities, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

The HR Graduate position is responsible for:
