Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
• Understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
• Awareness of compensation and benefits administration.
• Understanding of HR operations, employee records management, and HR systems.
• Basic knowledge of HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data management.
• Awareness of employment legislation, data privacy requirements, and HR compliance.
• Understanding of employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding, employee data management, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and workforce data to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
• Provide first-level HR support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and assisting with employment documentation and administrative processes.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits and payroll.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and digital HR transformation activities.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and workforce analytics.
• Support ad hoc HR activities, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
