Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our Services team. You will assist field engineers, provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems, and collaborate with service teams and vendors to ensure reliable operation.

You will gain exposure to advanced command & control solutions, cloud computing, AI and ML concepts, and participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and process optimization while developing your technical and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in Public Safety, data analytics, automation, cybersecurity, NOC/SOC, customer support, maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration across groups and teams.
• ITIL awareness and knowledge in Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Support field engineers with remote and on-site assistance; work with service teams and vendors.
• Handle incident response and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop value-added services and optimize processes using automation and data analytics.
• Train and grow into leading the role independently.
