Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a fresh graduate for a New Grad position in Public Safety IT. You will support field engineers with remote and on-site tasks, engage with customers to resolve issues, and participate in training to gain expertise in our core systems and devices.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, CS or IT, with an interest in data analytics, automation, cybersecurity, NOC/SOC, and life cycle management. On-site work and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level candidate with engineering, CS or IT degree
• Internships/projects in relevant areas preferred
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge on networks and IT environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn ITIL concepts and cybersecurity basics

Responsibilities
