Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems, working with service teams and vendors
• Support incident response and perform root cause analysis
• Create value-added services and optimize processes using automation and data analytics
• Work directly with customers to resolve issues and act as the voice of the customer
• Train and expose the graduate hire to core systems and devices to develop relevant expertise
