Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our Services team as a graduate engineer, developing into a customer service engineer. You'll work on design and deployment support, remote and on-site assistance, and collaboration with service teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes fault analysis, automation, data analytics, and adherence to ITIL practices, with opportunities for training and certifications. Travel under 25%.

Qualifications

Graduates with internship and/or project experience in related fields preferred.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge on network.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
ITIL awareness.
Cybersecurity awareness.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems.
On-site support and out of hours work will be required.
Support incident response and advanced root cause analysis.
Create value added services and process optimisation by utilising automation, data analytics and best practices.
Work directly with our customers to resolve issues, be the advocate and voice of the customer.
In addition we will also train and expose the graduate hire to our core systems and devices, in order to develop the relevant expertise with the solutions we provide.
