Job summary

Newnormz in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven Google Ads specialist to manage client campaigns end-to-end across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

You will own client communications, deliver weekly reports, test strategies, and optimize ROAS while guiding upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

We're a performance-first digital marketing agency based in Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur.

We manage Google Ads budgets for ambitious clients across e-commerce, services, and retail and we don't do vanity metrics. Our clients care about leads, ROAS, and revenue. So do we.

We're growing fast. We need someone who can manage accounts end-to-end, hold their own in client meetings, and flag problems before they become complaints.

What you'll own

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube

What you need to bring

• 2+ years managing Google Ads accounts (agency experience preferred)
• Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Comfortable presenting data and strategy directly to clients
• You can explain why ROAS dropped — and what to do about it
• Familiar with e-commerce and lead gen campaign types
• Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or multi-channel campaigns

The role in plain terms
