Job summary

DECODE MODUS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Meta lead ads specialist to manage campaigns end-to-end.

You will craft copy in Malaysian English and Bahasa Malaysia, set up lead forms, and ensure data quality across landing pages and tracking. You will present weekly performance to owners and defend numbers with evidence. You will own accounts, follow SOPs, and work from our Taman Connaught, Cheras office with EPF, SOCSO and EIS benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more running Meta lead ads with your own hands in Ads Manager.
• Managed at least RM5,000 a month of someone else's ad budget and can show the account.
• Written ad copy in Malaysian English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Built or run lead forms and landing pages, and know which questions raise lead quality.
• Comfortable facing a business owner with weekly numbers and defending them.
• You are good with numbers and can compute cost per lead and cost per qualified lead.

Responsibilities

• Brief our designer on the landing page, then check it before it goes live.
• Keep tracking clean so every lead can be traced back to the ad that produced it.
• Send the weekly client report and tell us what to change, backed by the numbers.

What we are looking for

• 2 years or more running Meta lead ads with your own hands in Ads Manager. Not agency account management only.
• You have managed at least RM5,000 a month of someone else's ad budget and can show the account.
• You write your own ad copy in Malaysian English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• You have built or run lead forms and landing pages, and you know which questions raise lead quality.
• You are comfortable facing a business owner with a weekly number and defending it.
• You are good with numbers. You can work out cost per lead and cost per qualified lead without being asked.
