Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an SEM Specialist to plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns aligned with client goals. You will monitor performance and adjust budgets to drive leads and conversions.

As a key liaison, you will translate client requirements into practical digital campaigns, provide performance updates, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. SEO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in SEM / Google Ads is required.
• Able to set up, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns independently.
• Experience or knowledge in SEO will be an advantage.
• Comfortable meeting clients and able to understand their requirements, concerns and expectations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to interpret campaign data and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize SEM campaigns, particularly Google Ads, based on campaign objectives and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and make ongoing adjustments to improve leads, conversions and overall results.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing needs and concerns.
• Translate client requirements into practical digital marketing campaigns and recommendations.
• Prepare campaign updates and explain performance, insights and next steps clearly to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support SEO activities such as keyword research, content optimization and performance tracking where required.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, platform changes and industry developments.
