Job summary

Intrinseque Health in Malaysia seeks a GMP-regulated warehouse supervisor responsible for storage, distribution, and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure GMP compliance.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and traceability.
• Inspect storage areas, equipment and procedures for GMP adherence.
• Monitor temperature and humidity control for sensitive products.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on procedures and safety.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged goods or non-conformances promptly.
• Coordinate with QA to meet pharmaceutical standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across facilities, incl. pest control.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive warehouse documentation and audit trails.

About the role

This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical and healthcare product storage and distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations whilst managing warehouse operations efficiently. This position plays a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and reach our customers in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure strict adherence to GMP standards and regulatory requirements


• Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products


• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including documentation and traceability requirements


• Conduct regular inspections of storage areas, equipment and procedures to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines


• Implement and monitor temperature and humidity control systems for products requiring specific environmental conditions


• Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling procedures, safety protocols and GMP compliance


• Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged goods or non-conformances immediately


• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure all warehouse activities meet pharmaceutical standards


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse facilities, including pest control and hygiene management


• Prepare and maintain comprehensive warehouse documentation and audit trails

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing


• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and requirements


• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations systems


• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records


• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in supervising and training warehouse staff


• Understanding of temperature-controlled storage requirements and cold chain management


• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant IT systems


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments


• Relevant qualifications in warehouse management, logistics or pharmaceutical operations would be advantageous


• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation requirements
