Job summary

AGRO SNOW SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics / Warehouse Executive to support the commissioning of our plant-based protein facility.

You will coordinate inbound raw materials, warehouse activities, inventory control, finished goods movement, shipment preparation and logistics documentation, working closely with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Finance and external transporters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant warehouse / logistics experience.
• Manufacturing or food-industry experience preferred.
• Familiar with inventory control, warehousing and transportation coordination.
• Experience handling import/export or shipping documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate finished goods transfer from Production to Warehouse.
• Ensure proper product identification, batch control and traceability.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation.
• Prepare delivery orders, packing lists and related logistics documentation.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling with transporters, freight forwarders and relevant internal departments.
• Ensure correct loading, unloading and storage practices.
• Monitor warehouse space utilisation and storage conditions.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for material and finished goods release.
• Support import/export and customs documentation where required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and pest-control standards in warehouse areas.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety and EHS requirements.
• Support implementation of warehouse SOPs, work instructions and inventory controls.
• Assist in ERP transactions relating to receiving, stock transfer and dispatch.
• Prepare regular warehouse and logistics reports for management.
