Job summary

Mondelēz International Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Import/Export Executive to manage end-to-end import and export planning, vendor engagement, cost oversight, and stakeholder coordination to support inventory and on-time delivery.

You will review documents, verify customs paperwork, monitor shipments with 3PL partners, consolidate reports, and ensure compliance across regimes while supporting continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in import/export, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export planning operations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, vendors, and stakeholders on shipments, stock levels, and schedules.
• Review and verify import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Consolidate and distribute regular reporting on import/export activities for decision making.
• Monitor shipments, clearance updates, and container utilization.
