Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Customs & Logistics Executive with hands-on experience in import/export clearance and trade compliance. You will handle HS code classifications, compile K1–K9 documents, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipments.

Fluency in Mandarin plus English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; knowledge of SMK Dagang Net and LMW operations is preferred; 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin with good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 1–3 years of experience in Malaysia import & export customs clearance
• Knowledge of SMK (Sistem Maklumat Kastam) / Dagang Net
• Experience with customs documentation (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9)
• Familiar with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations
• Able to perform HS Code classification and duty calculations independently
• Knowledge of import/export permits, SST, customs compliance, and trade regulations
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics vendors
• Valid driving license and own transportation is an advantage
